Epi
Kardia Teacher's Manuals
for
use with Epi Kardia Unit Study Curriculum
The Epi Kardia Manuals are the backbone of our
curriculum! Whether you use the Complete
Programs or our Daily Lesson Plans, the
manuals will help you organize your time and
materials, give you ideas to keep your toddler
busy, walk you through the process of planning a
unit, and support you in teaching history, science,
language arts and fine arts, from Kindergarten
through High School.
If you purchase one of the
Complete Programs, a
teacher's manual is included in your purchase
price. If you decide to use the Daily Lesson
Plans, we recommend
you purchase a manual separately.
We have two teachers' manuals: a
lower grades manual, covering Kindergarten through 5th
grades, and an upper grades manual, covering 6th through 12th
grades. Both manuals include detailed instructions for
teaching and evaluating history, science, language arts
(grammar, spelling, literature study, composition, and poetry),
fine arts and more. At the end of each manual is a
Tools section containing a Bible reading schedule,
English checklists, and various forms, charts and
examples. (These are also included on the Tools
CD, which is available as a part of the Epi Kardia Complete
Programs.) The
6th-12th grade manual also includes a section about how to
teach high school writing, including everything from
brainstorming to editing, as well as the various essay styles
required.
Each spiral bound manual is over 100 pages,
printed on high quality white paper, and
has clear plastic front and back covers.
Manuals are available
separately or as a part of our Complete
Programs.
